Please come
along 5 mins before the start time and bring along a small towel or cushion and a yoga mat for your own comfort.

Directions:
Woolstone Community Hall is a 17th Century Church. From the H6 Childs way, turn into Pattison Lane, 1st left
to Newport Road, (see sign 17th Century Church), and then 2nd left to Mill Lane. Park in front of church - dead end.
The session will show you the
(i) traditional short stretches actioned
after a run (ii) traditional long stretches actioned
after a run (iii) yoga type stretches. If you have any favourite yoga type stretches bring them along to the session
and share them.
The exercises will benefit all
runners. A gentle reminder of what you know already. Also it will be of benefit to runners
who have never had stretches and the importance of stretches explained to them.

by email 1 week before the date of meeting. Members let us know you are coming so that we can bring along the
right number of packets of chocolate digestive biscuits.
