Our next beginners course is due to start in January 2009.
The training schedule is for 10 weeks and encourages you to run 3 times
a week. 2 of your runs can be actioned on the weekly Club sessions Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.15pm. Please sign up even if you can only run 1 or 2 times a week. It will just take you a
little bit longer than 10 weeks.
The schedule assumes no running experience so you can start completely
from scratch, but if you have run before our beginners coach will be able to give guidance on the best level for you.
If this date is too far away to wait, please come along and join us anyway.
