MK Lakeside
Runners is a small running club. Members are fun runners. Their aims
range from
· Training
from scratch (complete beginner) to 5k
· Maintaining 5k
· Training
up to and maintaining 10k
· Training
up to half marathon
· Training
up to marathon
Weekly run sessions are held at:-
Willen Lake, Milton Keynes
Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Beginners and Improvers at 6.15pm
Improvers at 7.30pm.
Saturday mornings at 9.30am
Members are encouraged to run 3 times a week at Club sessions, but we understand
if they can only make it 1 or 2 times a week.
For
beginners we hold 10 week courses to get you running from scratch to 30 minutes
